As you will see below, it looks like an easy process to change this over.  It only looks easy due to the person who came up with the design and did all the work.  Jon did a fantastic job.  Everybody who looks at his work thinks that it came from the factory with this setup.  Jon hooked me up and got me back onto 2 wheels, and I can't thank him enough!  To quickly describe what he did; he welded a cross-over across the downtubes and reconnected the shifter onto the right side.  I'm still amazed that it is still 1 down and 4 up.  The linkage, as you can see, matched perfectly.  We also installed an EZ Brake extended brake pedal which moved the brake just off the floorboard.  It was a little confusing at first and I tapped the brakes when wanting to shift several times but I learned quickly and even if I got a leg that I could control just like a real leg, I would keep this set-up.  It is definitely a 1 of a kind!  Thanks again to Jon.  Thanks also to Finch, who gave up a lot of his free time to help get me back onto 2 wheels.
